Unitarian Universalist Congregations

Bradenton: Manatee Unitarian Universalist Fellowship.  Committed to social action this 120 member church, located in downtown Bradenton, is celebrating its 50th Anniversary! Services are lay-lead or conducted by a part-time minister who adds theatrical elements to worship.
 
Clearwater: Unitarian Universalists of Clearwater.  Sunday Morning Worship at this 320 member church combines world religions and secular references, great music and a strong Religious Education program for children. It’s a great community for interfaith families.

Odessa: Spirit of Life Unitarian Universalists, is a spiritually humanist congregation of 70 adults and 25 children.   If you love communing with nature, you’ll enjoy the worship held in the open air pavilion, tucked away in a pristine setting.

Sarasota: Unitarian Universalist Church of Sarasota.  Sunday Services at this 350 member church are traditional and inspirational.  There’s a wide variety of social activities for adults, and a strong focus on social justice. This church is “green sanctuary” certified. 

St. Petersburg: Unitarian Universalist Church of St. Petersburg.  This historic church on Mirror Lake is known for its 1920's Spanish Colonial Revival architecture.  Its 130 members are proud of their social justice work - helping the homeless, providing services to migrant farm workers and supporting the GLBT community.

St. Petersburg: Unitarian Universalist United Fellowship.  Sunday services at this congregation are lay lead, often in an informal discussion format. If you’re looking for an intimate community of humanists, this 30 member fellowship is for you! 

Tampa: Unitarian Universalist Church of Tampa. Near the University of South Florida, this church reflects the diversity of Unitarian Universalism.  Small group ministries include Buddhists, Earth Centered/Pagan Groups, humanists, atheists and agnostics, and Interweave serving GLBT members.

Tarpon Springs: Unitarian Universalist Church of Tarpon Springs.  If you’re looking for a church that loves the arts, this 90 member adult congregation may be for you!  Services are either lay lead or conducted by a part-time minister in an historic building surrounded by famous Inness paintings and professional music.
